Description
The absolute perfect plain knit poncho, the Callie is a great gift idea. This seam free garment has a knitted in shallow vee-neck and just a simple plain knit stitch until the last six inches of the garment where there is an understated zig zag pattern in pointelle stitches around the garment. Held together at the waist by complimentary coloured buttons, the garment makes the most of the natural drape of pure wool while remaining light and comfortable. The poncho can be dressed up in chilly weather with a scarf or worn as is in the warmer months. It’s designed, machine knitted and hand finished in Ballarat from pure certified Australian Merino wool yarns and it is free sized to fit from an Australian ladies 6 to a ladies 24 up to about 170cm height. A version for taller ladies with extra length is currently in development. Choose from a bright apple green, a pastel powder blue, Mango yellow or winter staples bond grey & wallaby.
